i've been hanginaround this town

well...

last day of work today! it's gonna be a long, hard day; but at least it's somthing to do. not looking forward to the drive home tonight, but im sure it will be fine. i haven't found anything new about stanford lately. i really want to be there and start meeting people. i miss my friends. i had a nice chat with griffin the other day, though. it was fun - we talked about spanish projects and mr. haas' class. i'm really glad i have someone who knows me and my friends already. katie is lonely and homesick. i'm really worried about her. she says she can't eat. i don't want to call her because i want her to focus on making friends there, but i also want to help her and make sure she eats something. she talking to her parents, so i'm sure they are helping the best the can.

i have been making some progress with the html/web stuff, but i have been kind of busy lately, which seems weird, because i really haven't been doing much. still, it will be something to do this week.

that reminds me - im reading the last book in the narnia series. it's different from the others, but i really like it :)
