sometimes you just need a friend. i should call katie and see how her chem quiz went. i could call matthew and ask about fdos.

ten days and i will be on a plane to california! it still seems like forever. i'm mostly packed, but i do need to clean out my closet :) kat raided my room last night, but took less than i had hoped. that means i have more to get rid of myself. oh well, it will give me something to do. i should paint. i should read. i should go for a bike ride! maybe i will when we get back.

35 minutes and i will be on my way to the airport. we are going to houston. dad has business, and i need to get out of louisville! the farthest away i have been this summer is hubers. cedar ridge was awesome, tho; i wouldn't have traded it. i missed edgelake, tho. beckii said she will be in the area for halloween! i hope to see her then. it will be just after jenny and mom leave. i think jenny and i will have a great when she visits. she is getting more and more excited about college. she's started filling out applications; mom is good at staying on top of all that. poor daniel, molly had no idea what she was talking about. at least he's motivated to go to western because of michael, which molly avoided talking about all night. lol. why is it that all of a sudden i am realizing i have no straight guy friends? i mean i love my friends, but i need some variety. oh well, at least matthew is still matthew :)
